Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
At Blacktable we take your data privacy seriously. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding it.
The data controller is Blacktable SAS, domiciled in Montevideo, Uruguay, Uruguay. You can contact us at legal@blacktable.io.
What data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, email address, and the message you write. We do not use tracking cookies, invasive analytics, or fingerprinting.
Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our services fit your needs, and potentially send you a commercial proposal. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form (Art. 9 Law 18.331 Uruguay; Art. 6.1.a GDPR). If you are an EU resident, processing is also grounded in the legitimate interest of responding to your request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention period
We retain your data for the duration of the business relationship or until you request its deletion. Contact data that does not progress to a proposal is automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
Providers and transfers
To deliver our services we work with carefully selected providers. Some may be located outside Uruguay or the European Union; in all cases we ensure protection mechanisms equivalent to those required by applicable law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). If you are an EU resident, you also have the right to data portability and to restrict processing.
How to exercise your rights
Write to legal@blacktable.io with the subject "Personal data rights" indicating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days (Uruguay) or 30 calendar days (EU).
Supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you may file a complaint with Uruguay's Data Protection Authority (URCDP) or, if you are an EU resident, with your local data protection authority.
